2. The Services

Momentum provides tools to track habits, share updates with friends or groups, participate in challenges, and use optional paid features such as analytics and accountability flows. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Services.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services. For example, you must not:

• Violate applicable law or others’ rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization
• Reverse engineer or circumvent security or usage limits, except where prohibited by law

5. Subscriptions and fees

Paid plans are billed according to the prices shown at checkout or in your account. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Taxes may apply. Refunds are handled as described at the point of purchase or in separate policies we provide.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD $50 OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect users or the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
